The Problem

Meetings happen. Decisions get made. Then nobody remembers what was decided, who owns what, or what the deadline was. Leadership meetings are especially bad — lots of context, high stakes, and no one wants to be the note-taker.

How It Will Work

  1. Join: The AI assistant joins your scheduled meetings (with clear team consent)
  2. Listen: Real-time transcription and context understanding
  3. Summarize: Meeting summary delivered within minutes of the call ending
  4. Track: Action items and decisions extracted and organized automatically

What You'll Get After Each Meeting

  • Executive Summary: 3–5 sentences. What happened, what was decided.
  • Decisions: Each decision with the context and rationale behind it.
  • Action Items: Who's responsible, what's the deadline.
  • Follow-ups: Topics that need another conversation.
  • Full Transcript: Searchable, for when you need the exact wording.

Privacy

Your data stays yours. AI Leadership Meetings is designed to be self-hosted. No meeting data leaves your infrastructure. All processing happens within your security boundary.

  • Self-hosted: Deploy on your own infrastructure with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Managed Service: We deploy and operate it in your cloud account
  • Fabricent-hosted: Fully managed in our secure infrastructure
